1. Light
•Prefers bright, indirect sunlight.
•Avoid direct sun, which can scorch the leaves and moss
•Can tolerate lower light but may grow slower.
2. Watering
•Check moisture: Gently squeeze the moss ball; if it feels light and dry, it’s time to water.
•Soaking method:
1.Fill a bowl with room-temperature water.
2.Submerge the moss ball (halfway to fully) for 10–15 minutes.
3.Allow excess water to drain completely before placing it back.
•Frequency: Once every 3-4 days in normal conditions. In hot or dry weather, water more frequently.
3. Humidity
•Prefers medium to high humidity.
•Mist the foliage and moss ball 2–3 times a week if indoor air is dry.
4. Fertilizer
•Feed with diluted liquid houseplant fertilizer (¼–½ strength) once a month during spring and summer.
•Skip fertilization in winter.
5. Temperature
•Avoid cold drafts and direct airflow from AC.
